Description

.Reporting to the Chief Wealth Officer and operating in a sales & service environment, this positionprovides a mix of solution advice and administrative services. It provides support to the Wealth team with support servicing and enhancing member experience.

The Manager Wealth Operations does the following:

Support Innovation Wealths process and project development and management, change management, and agile disciplines/methodology
Share technical or specialized knowledge with other team members and other functional areas through effective communication and collaboration
Support strategic initiatives including the development and execution of projects by working closely with wealth leadership and team members
Provide insight on initiatives towards process improvement and efficiency
Contribute to achievement of Innovation Wealth goals and objectives by supporting strategic & operational initiatives
Understand the linkage in the execution of strategic projects and activities to the achievement of corporate strategy
Support the development and execution of budgets and business plans towards achieving profit targets
Act as key operational resource for CRM support, dashboard reporting, and data management
Comply with all legislative, compliance and policy guidelines and procedures
Provide marketing and communications development and support for the wealth team
Able to provide leadership and guidance to team members in a supervisory capacity
