Description

Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to coordinate and perform work associated with the construction, maintenance and repair of Namerind properties, grounds and equipment to maximize occupancy and contribute to the organizations overall success.  This position is also responsible to: oversee the work performed by staff on-site, ensuring Namerind standards are maintained; operate a wide-range of tools and equipment; purchase equipment and materials; respond to tenant or contractor concerns/issues; and, ensure compliance with legislation and safety related regulations.
