Discovery Ford Sales is looking for a permanent Appointment Coordinator that is driven to help our clients with their service experience. This position supports our Service Department in ensuring first class customer experience. You will be working alongside our friendly and very supportive family while performing daily tasks.
As the successful applicant you will:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Poses customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Be extremely organized
- Be self motivated
- Must be able to work independently and as a team; multi-task; and learn new systems and processes.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the initial point of contact for all service customers by answering all incoming appointment inquires.
- Accurately schedule appointments
- Contact customers to confirm appointments
- Assist the Service Advisors when necessary
- Book service appointments for clients.
- Follow up calls with clients and customers, updating them on their service order.
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely and courteous fashion by phone or emails.
- Other duties as assigned.
The position is full-time. Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
