What We Are Looking For . . . . .

To be considered for our Member Service Representative I position, you must have Grade 12 education with post-secondary education being preferred, and up to one year of related sales and customer service experience. If you already know about the features and benefits of credit union products and services that's an extra bonus!

You must be able to recognize cross selling opportunities, make or refer sales, handle cash accurately and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

A commitment to continuous learning and development is an important part of being on our team as well as taking pride in caring for our members and providing top-notch customer service!

*This position is a part time position, hours will be scheduled every two weeks and may vary with no guarantee of hours in any given pay period.
