Accountability: Customer Service Support
Update and maintain the Employee Handbook
Assist with various marketing and operational initiatives
Prepare the Daily Sales Summary
Prepare Daily Specials
Update and maintain digital/print media for customer communications
Assist with updating promotional information, and website
Tracking coupon redemption and associated reporting
Assist with monitoring of comments made about company on social media platforms
Assist in managing the e-mail database
Assist in the co-ordination of classic buffet sponsorship, donation, and community involvement
Develop and deliver reports as required
Other duties as may be assigned
Accountability: Administrative Support
Assist with screening and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
Stay organized and up to date with processes and document control
Printing, copying, scanning, filing and distribution of documents upon request
Skills and Competency Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Strong keyboarding skills
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure successful and efficient completion
Work independently while following instructions and guidelines
Be a proficient communicatorassist manager to communicate external cooperation

Knowledge, Experience and Education
Excellent computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in an administrative assistant position would be considered an asset
Knowledge of project management would be considered an asset
Experience writing and editing Standard Operating Procedures would be considered an asset
