Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Manager to work at our Usherville Fas Gas Station, Usherville Road, Highway # 9, Endeavour, SK, S0A 0W0. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be doing the following duties;
    Prepare work schedules and weekly roasters,
    Assign sales workers their duties
    Monitor the performance of all retail sales staff
    Post job advertisement, Interview, hire, and train new employees
    supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
    Set up new vendors accounts and purchase merchandise at the best reasonable rates to maximize profit margins
    Perform managerial duties i.e. opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
    Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
    Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise, authorize payments and the return of merchandise
    Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
    Motivate sales staff to deliver excellent customer service, improve their efficiency, and meet sales quotas
    Develop and maintain retail store budgets, monitor inventory levels and order new products as required
    Process the payroll for supervisors, customer service representatives, cashiers, pump attendant, inventory clerks etc.
    Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness etc.
