We are looking for a Skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. Coutts Agro operates a very large land base farm in one of Saskatchewan's finest agriculture districts. Designed to be an efficient operation with its cutting edge technology, Coutts Agro has the ability to produce consistently high yields across all crops including lentils, canola, wheat, durum and malt barley.
As we grow and refine our operation. This dynamic career opportunity requires an organized experienced operator that has is excited to utilize state of the art computer steering software, interested in agronomic farming practices, and enjoys working towards exceptional performance. You will report to the Operations Assistant Manager and will be responsible to demonstrate your skill across a wide range of equipment including Spraying equipment. Your duties will include schedule maintenance, following and assisting in scheduled minor repairs, logging time and changing conditions, training on standard operating and safety procedures, as well as ensuring all operations maintain standard operating excellence.
