Principal-Elementary School
Chief Paskwa Education Centre (CPEC)
Under the direction of the Pasqua First Nation Chief and Council, the Principal is part of an administrative team whose function is to support and assist in meeting the overall objective of the Pasqua First Nation educational needs of the elementary students. The role of the Principal is to provide leadership, direction and co-ordination within the school environment. The Principal's main focus is to develop and maintain effective educational programs within his/her school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning with his/her school. The Principal should strive to create an organization and or climate which fosters student and teacher growth. In fulfilling this role, the Principal shall work under the supervision of the Pasqua First Nation Chief and Council. Teaching and training shall adhere to Saskatchewan Ministry of Education guidelines and also be sensitive to First Nations Culture and Traditional practices.

Bachelors' Degree in Education
Saskatchewan Education Teacher Certificate
3-5 years previous Principal experience
Valid class 5 Saskatchewan driver's license
Current criminal and vulnerable sector check
