The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing customer support including issue logging, troubleshooting and resolution, relating to both hardware and software applications.
Duties include:
- Acts as primary contact for level one phone and email support.
- VOIP and mobile telephone support and administration.
- Computer, tablet and printer hardware and software support.
- Participates in the development and implementation of standards of computer use, including email signatures, document formats and confidentiality.
- Maintains an inventory of technology assets.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on user experience to improve software, database and hardware use.
- To perform other duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma in a related technical field.
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered.
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service.
- Phone / communication skills.
- Ability to assess staff needs with regard to computer training and computer use.
- Excellent typing skills.
Location:
Office location to be determined opportunity for remote working/office.
