As a Sales Coordinator for a reputable Saskatchewan equipment dealership, you will assist the Sales manager with customer service, implementation of promotions, trade shows and special events, monitoring customer and marketing activity.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of customer's purchase orders, including order entry, order tracking & order maintenance.
- Monitor and track equipment inventory. General various reports.
- Deal with general customer sales enquiries.
- Liase with various departments - parts & service, accounting, sales, etc.
- General administrative support for sales team.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with friendly, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide quick turnaround response to customers.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to changing situations.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Previous dealership experience, is a great asset.
