JM & SAM JANITORIAL SERVICES LTD. is in need of Cleaners

Employment Terms:  Permanent - Full Time  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
2.    Responsible for all basic cleaning and disinfecting in and around the clients premises
3.    Sweeping and mopping tile floors including dust mopping, vacuuming, picking up larger objects off the floor
4.    Spot cleaning glass and windows, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing tables and fixtures
5.    Clean and disinfect the restrooms toilets and urinals
6.    Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
7.    Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas
8.    Respond promptly to service calls
9.    Perform additional duties as needed

WORKING HOURS:    Day Shift hours is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (8 hours); Night Shift hours are from 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm (6.5 hours) and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (7.5 hours) with two varied days off in a week

WAGE: $13.00/hour

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

1.    Education:  No specific education is required
2.    Work Experience:  Some experience in providing cleaning services is an asset
3.    Housekeeping certificate is an asset
4.    Must have excellent time management skills and multitasking abilities
5.    Must have good physical and stamina level
6.    Must have adequate knowledge of chemical cleaning solutions and power equipment
7.    Must have adequate knowledge on sanitary and hygiene regulations
