Description

We are currently accepting resumes for one full-time Tim Hortons Manager to lead our team in Kipling, Saskatchewan.

--40 hours per week.
--The usual shift times will be flexible between Monday to Saturday.

JOB DUTIES:
-- The Tim Hortons Manager is responsible and accountable for the execution and delivery of all operational performance objectives resulting in guest satisfaction.
--They will be responsible for ordering supplies, and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness, and security. Production of Always Fresh standards and waste levels.
-- Accountable for recruiting new team members, performance management, including training and developing new and existing team members, and motivating and encouraging the team to achieve targets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
--Supervisory experience of 2+ years.
--Management experience is considered an asset.
--Experience in the Food Services Industry is preferred.
--Strong computer skills using different software applications.
--Food Safety Certification.
--First Aid Certification
