-Maximizes sales and awareness of promotional programs.
-Identify customer needs and sells through demonstration and education
-Possesses a "selling is fun" attitude
-Promotes sales of beauty products, provides info on new or existing products and services
-Books appointments for events
-Ability to work flexible shifts, nights and weekends
-Adhere to cosmetic policy and procedures
-Utilizes Derm Center if applicable
-Adheres to image/uniform guidelines
-If fulltime, must work at least 3 closings shifts per week.
-STORE HOURS- 8am-12midnight
