Melliecent Building and Yard Maintenance Ltd. is looking for a dedicated individual to help us maintain our client's building and facilities.

We are looking for someone to perform maintenance roles, and will be in-charge of the over-all upkeep of the property.

**SCHEDULE:
MONDAY to FRIDAY
8am to 5pm (40hrs/week)

In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Performing routine inspections and carrying out necessary repairs and checks, and maintaining overall building functions
-Perform light housekeeping duties
-Respond to tenant and management concerns
-Perform minor building repairs such as door repair, paint, drywall repairs, set-up/tear down of displays, banners, etc.
-Parkade litter picking


Candidate must be:
-Comfortable working at heights, and on a flat roof
-With a strong working knowledge of many various power and hand tools
-Able to keep organized and on occasion, balance multiple tasks at once
-Committed to safety and working within OH&S guidelines.
-Able to read, write, give, and understand instructions from the Supervisor as required
-Recognize the importance of light housekeeping as required.
