Job Description:

Duties:
    Ensure farm safety protocols are followed
    Conduct planting, cultivating, spraying, harvesting and post-harvesting operations
    Schedule and supervise general farm and harvest workers
    Coordinate maintenance of farm machinery, equipment and buildings
    Coordinate safety schedules for equipment and ensuring operational checks performed on equipment
    Ensuring bins and augers are logistically ready throughout the year for inventory movement
    Maintain crop production records
    Performing general farm duties as required
