s the Associate Business Advisor  Syndication, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Purchased Loans team. You will be responsible for providing loan administration, monthly reconciliation of loan trial balances, and providing support to our Credit Union partners. This role will include a combination of financial analysis, credit underwriting, due diligence, and administration of Purchased Loans portfolio.


An Associate Business Advisor does the following:

- Administer and monitor the commercial syndicated loan portfolio on an ongoing, transactional basis, working in close Support and Finance team members.
- Support syndication transaction execution process while developing the capabilities and experience to lead the execution process.
- Work with legal counsel and partners to draft and negotiate legal documentation.
- Perform duties relating to the administration of the commercial loans, including annual reviews, loan set-up, payment processing, and extracting of data and report generation.
- Monitor Commercial Syndication portfolio for loan repayment and covenant requirements.
- Document, monitor, and resolve all post-closing conditions or tasks defined in the Loan Agreement and communicate any additional actions necessary to appropriate Servicing & Support team.
- Performs other duties as assigned in support of the Commercial Purchased Loan portfolio.
