We are actively seeking a Site Crew Leader.
The candidate must have the follow skill set:
*able to motivate, supervise, educate and lead a crew with a great attitude
*participate in meetings, provide suggestions for areas of improvement
*strong verbal communication skills
*passion for customer service
*maintenance experience
*time management
*lawn care expertise
*ability to lift up to 36kg push/pull up to 90kg,
Duties include but are not limited; leading a crew to success, maintaining the common areas of the condo complex, minor repairs for residential properties, minor repairs to equipment, meeting and follow up with vendors, crawl space and attic inspections, site inspections for condo complexes and residential properties, knowledge of boiler systems.
Lawn care, snow removal, yard cleanup, general yard duties and other projects.
Always ensures the health and safety of residents and co workers by maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsible for reporting any safety hazards.
