Ralph McKay Industries Inc. manufactures high quality steel tillage tools and rail fastener components for the North American and overseas markets. We currently have an opening for a permanent part-time Human Resources position at our Regina office.
This position will require working closely with our Administrative and Production Team members. Our company primarily values work ethic, positive attitude, accountability, team focus and innovative thought. You will be the first point of contact for unionized internal employee concerns and questions, and external job seekers seeking employment in our organization. The position responsibilities include: hiring/dismissing plant and non-management personnel, payroll processing and completion, administering benefits packages, compliance with relevant Canadian labour legislation and regulations, suggesting human resource feature/process improvements and other activities related to human resources. 3-5 years of position relevant work experience is required.
This position is part-time (20 hours) Monday-Friday with group benefits once the probationary period has been completed. No relocation payments will be provided. You must supply proof that you are currently legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship if interviewed. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
