Millwright Position
Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan
Potters Canada has an immediate need for a Millwright position at our Moose Jaw facility in Saskatchewan. This is a full time position which reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
o Perform all mechanical maintenance and repair on plant and office equipment.
o Install and maintain material handling systems.
o Proper setup and use of machine tools.
o Setup and operate welding equipment, including arc, metal inert gas and plasma; gas welding equipment - braze, solder, layout and tack to specifications.
o Maintain stock of mechanical spare parts
o Respond to emergency call-in or breakdowns as necessary.
o Safe and proper operation of all maintenance equipment and tools complying with safety legislation and company policy.
o An understanding and exercise of ISO 9001:2015 practices during the performance of duties.
Qualifications:
Licensed Millwright in the province of Saskatchewan
Licensed Journey Person Millwright in the province of Saskatchewan
Computer literate
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines
