Capital Glass is hiring for an Auto Glass Technician.

Naturally, it will be to exceed our customers expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship when replacing, repairing or fitting vehicle glass and providing other company services and products.
Let's get more specific!
Consistently meet or exceed Capital Auto Glass technical standards in the repair or installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the companys quality standards and other procedures are adhered to.
Contribute to meeting or exceeding target CSIs and ensure that you work within company productivity targets.
Support the Journeyman Technicians in the completion of auto glass repairs and replacements, material handling, vehicle shuttling and cleaning.
A willingness to be constantly learning and improving their skills and education as it relates to the industry.
Understanding of vehicle technology such as ADAS systems is an asset.
Ensure proper tool maintenance.
Advise customers on installation and/or repair specifics.
