Ellis Mechanical Services is currently accepting applications for a full-time Journeyperson Plumber to join our New Housing team.
We are looking to fill this position immediately.
Job Requirements:
- Red Seal Journeyperson plumber/gasfitter
Certification
- 5+ years experience in the trade
- Valid drivers licence and clean drivers Abstract
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a high paced ever changing
atmosphere
- Able to offer top notch customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must have a commitment to safety
- Dependable, punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc.)
- Experience in residential service and/or new housing is required
- Problem solved a variety of different situations
Position includes:
- Negotiable competitive wage
- Benefits, Pension, and training reimbursement upon completion of probationary period
- Full Time Hours
- 8 hour shifts with willingness and ability to work longer hours when necessary
- Must be open to taking the occasional on call evening/ weekend shift.
Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday
