Description

Moose Jaw Co-op is hiring an Administrative Coordinator at our Prairie Plains location in Moose Jaw, SK.  

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall operation of the facility's office through daily administrative tasks. Reporting to the Crop Inputs Manager, you will also be the first point of contact for customers and will redirect inquiries to the appropriate resource or manager when needed.

The Administrative Coordinator is a critical part of the team at our Prairie Plains location, and will:
Demonstrate a positive energy and consistently provide exceptional customer service and reception.
Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports, and other correspondence materials
Assist customers by completing product and service orders, arranging logistics
Receive and post payments to customer accounts, assist customers with account inquiries
Track inventory movement and monitor inventory levels
Manage incoming mail and packages, and direct outgoing mail on a daily basis
Process documents in our point of sale / accounting system

Qualifications include:
Post-secondary education in administration or agriculture or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills
Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
Proficient computer skills with a sound comfort using the MS Office suite
Knowledge of or previous experience in the agriculture crop protection industry
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge and experience with inventory and book-keeping programs
Experience in a warehouse / distribution environment
Strong ability to organize, prioritize and plan with superior attention detail
Must be dependable, reliable, and safety conscious
This role requires a high degree of mobility in an office and warehouse environment
