1. Oversee all the main functions of a restaurant to ensure the establishment runs smoothly;
2. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
3. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
4. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
5. Assist with forecasting, planning, mention, supervising, and hiring;
6. Other duties as assigned.
