The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the Organizational Development team within the Human Resources Branch. This position will work approximately 15.75 hours per week and the term will be from August to September 2022.
Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, this position is responsible for training administration support and delivering information to customers, managers, and Human Resources Consultants within the Branch. This position works within various modules of the PeopleSoft HRIS system (HR, Enterprise Learning and Workforce Monitoring), data entering, updating, and developing queries, manipulating, and downloading data to Excel, and working with Excel spreadsheets to provide reports. It is also responsible for managing and administering SLGAs long serve Recognition Program as well as providing support to the other aspects of SLGAs Reward and Recognition Program. This position must ensure confidentiality is always maintained.
