The Opportunity:
Parkland College invites applications for a Clinical Instructor in our Practical Nursing (PN) Diploma program. This position would be working in the Pediatrics portion of the program. This position will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and support for students enrolled in the PN program. Instructors are responsible for evaluating and recording student performance and providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to learners.

This term position will be based out of the Yorkton and will be held out of a non-medical facility (ex: school) from August 15 December 9, 2022 for a total of 164 hours. Orientation will be held in August and the Pediatric Clinical starting October 17, 2022.
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Nursing or a related field. -A Masters Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
-Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.
-Minimum of two years recent experience in acute care nursing.
-Current TLR certificate (participant level).
-Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment and valuing diversity.
