The Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing secretarial, administrative and clerical services to all departments within the company and to meet the daily administrative operational requirements of the company. Duties/skills to include: greet and direct visitors in the office, answer telephone and electronic enquiries, incoming and outgoing mail, receipt client payments, housing application process, order and maintain office supply stock, maintain company files, be proficient in Microsoft office and outlook. Preference will be given to applicants of Metis, First Nation, or other Indigenous decent, and self declaration is encouraged. A Saskatchewan Human Rights exemption has been approved for Camponi Housing Corp. Could lead to a permanent position.
