The team at NSC is looking for an enthusiastic and committed new addition to our documentation department.  We are an experienced International Specialty Crops Exporting Company located just outside of Regina and we export to locations all over the world.  If you are interested in helping us to help feed the world, please send us your resume and cover letter to apply.
JOB TITLE:   Documentation Specialist
Job Overview
The Documentation Specialist (DS) will be responsible for the physical execution of shipments and for the preparation, distribution and maintenance of all documents.  This position will respond to customer inquiries, verify and distribute invoices, prepare and distribute documents, trace all pertinent shipments and documents.
Other duties also include but are not limited to:
-    Export Documentation including ocean bills of lading, invoice, B13, etc.
-    Invoice preparation
-    Ensure shipment is within the contractual boundary
-    Ensure on-time delivery of customers documents
-    Prepare letter of credit documents (if required by sales contract)
-    Process approval of bills of lading
-    Obtain Marine Certificate of Insurance, Phytosanitary certificates, Quality Certificate as required by sales contract

Education & Experience:
On the job training will be provided but those having a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in export documentation, international banking and/or transportation experience are preferred.  Computer literate.  General knowledge of GAFTA Rules and contract application an asset
Language Requirements:
English fluency is a must. Additional languages are assets.
