We are looking for individuals who are interested in growing within our team as a Fabrication Lead Hand.  The Lead hand will be responsible for the quality, safety, and productivity of a fabrication crew. As a Lead Hand for Goodman Steel Ltd. you will be expected to display superior welding and fitting skills, have the knowledge and ability to read drawings, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to problem-solve. You will also display excellent leadership qualities and capabilities.

To be seriously considered for this position you will need the following:
    Lead Hand and/or Supervisory experience is an asset.
    Minimum 2-3 year experience with steel fabrication with specific knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, tooling and processes.
    Mobile equipment experience is an asset.
    Canadian Citizen or Permanent Residence.
