Who are we looking for?
REDS CANNABIS is actively seeking full-time and part-time Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Join us and become an essential part of a company.
Greeting Customers, ensuring merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
Maintained inventory and ensure items are in stock.
Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandise to the company's standards.
Prepare reports on sales volumes and inventory management.
Email - daily sales report to Manager.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Schedule: Day shift/Holidays/Night shift/Weekends/Shift Coverage
Candidate Requirements:
Possess or able to attain a Current & Valid CannaSell certification.
Must provide us with a current Criminal Background Check upon request.
Previous retail experience is an asset but not a requirement.
Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred), Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Staff are required to wear a mask. Hand sanitizer is provided upon entrylimited amounts of customers are allowed in the store. Customers are unable to handle products until purchased. Shipping, Click or Call & Collect pick-up are available. Joint surfaces are sanitized regularly.
