- taking digital media projects from initial concept to videography, post-production and through to the delivery of the final product.
- responsible for gathering still and video footage for use in various promotional activities, editing, categorizing and saving footage in an appropriate manner to ensure reliability and consistency. Documentation will require regular travel to campus and elsewhere throughout the province.
- will require the ability to clearly communicate with various stakeholders and participants both verbally and in writing in pre-production, production and post-production.
- using specialized software, editing the materials into final products for use on various platforms.
- apply creativity in the development of projects, documentation and when producing final content.
- working with various stakeholders and participants to organize and manage projects from conception to completion is critical.
- work collaboratively with members of the marketing and communications team to identify and understand needs and develop creative concepts to show the organization in action.
- ensure strong organization and detail orientation throughout the planning and execution stages of all projects.
