Sales supervisor  Retail Liquor Store
Wages: Depending on Work Experience
Vacancies: 2 Vacancy
Job Type: Permanent employment, Full time
Joining Date: As soon as possible
Employment conditions: Overtime, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours
Job Location: Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan

Job Requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum one-year work experience and Ability to Supervise 4-8 people

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, Working under pressure, Tight deadlines, Handling heavy loads and lifting, Standing for extended periods, Product Delivery to Commercial Customers,

Work Location Information:
Relocation costs not covered by the employer, Willing to relocate

Additional Skills:
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise, and Establish work schedules.

Preparing work schedules for the staff people
Providing excellent customer service to the customers and resolving their issues
Report preparation and volume of sales, merchandising and inventory in the store
Maintaining specified inventory and ordering the merchandise in the store
Commercial customer delivery and sales
Offering discounts to the commercial customers if required
Dealing with the vendors regularly
Reporting the sales to the store manager weekly
Supervising the entire store staff
Maintaining the financial budget and enhancing the store sales by offering deals.
Hiring and training the staff as per requirement
Other assigned duties by store manager.
