Reporting to food store team leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
-Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
-Serve guests, pack groceries, stock and face shelves, perform general housekeeping duties
-Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO
-Ensure the store is clean, safe and in order
-Perform ordering, receiving and end of day duties and paperwork
-Perform postal outlet duties
-Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
