Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Clerk (Supervisor Duties) at our Choiceland Corner location in Choiceland, SK.

Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
-Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
-Provide Legendary pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the point-of-sale system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties
-Effectively and efficiently direct the work on supervisory shifts
-Ensure safety is held as the highest priority
-Ensure legendary guest service is delivered at all times
-Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times
-Have a good working understanding of the point-of-sale system, pumps, propane
-Order, receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader
-Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports
-Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service:
-You have a grade 12 or combination of relevant experience; agriculture experience considered an asset
-You can work unsupervised, plan, and organize your own work and the work of others
-You have experience with C-store/Gas Bar operations, Ag and Farm hardware, Feed, lubricants, and general merchandise
-You have an ability to fulfill physical job requirements  standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly
-You have POS experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
-You have a flexible work schedule including -weekends, evenings, and holidays
-You must be willing to obtain WHMIS, propane dispensing, and PMEO certifications
