Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Bulk Petroleum Team Leader at our Agro location in Nipawin, SK.

Reporting to the Nipawin Agro Team Leader and VP, Agro, responsibilities for this position include the following:
-Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
-Ensure legendary guest service is provided in the facilities and from the delivery/service units at all times
-Maintain neat, clean, and orderly facilities and rolling stock and associated checklists
-Oversee Bulk Petroleum and Oil dispatch, delivery, record keeping, billing, and pricing; oversee the South Cardlock site and assist with overseeing the Nipawin Agro Store operations
-Order, receive, stock, display, lead and model the Human Resources and Finance/POS functions in the department
-Lead customer contact including building and maintaining relationships with customers and resolving delivery and service issues, spills, and accidents
-Monitor the fleet net system
-Grow the business and actively seek out new customers or sales opportunities
-Perform spot checks on delivery units to ensure proper care, safety, and maintenance
-Be a leader in safety and efficiencies
-Be readily available as a backup fuel driver
-Maintain confidentiality regarding all company and customer files and records
-Perform other duties as assigned
