Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
Maintains quality throughout the logistics Processes.
Train workers in duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
Assisting management in performing annual performance reviews with drivers and/ or merchandisers.
Coordinating and scheduling activities and also recommending staff actions.
As we are essential business and due to covid if there is any emergency load you will cover that load too.
