Description

Working at a Trifons Pizza restaurant in Regina, supervisor plans, organizes, and evaluates the operations of the restaurant according to the menus and procedures of Trifons Pizza.
Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of franchise restaurant.
Supervise activities of chefs and other kitchen helpers.
Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
Maintain equipment and supplies. Arrange equipment purchases and repairs.
Maintain inventory and records of pizza dough, sauce, toppings, supplies and equipment. Estimate food requirements and estimate food and labour costs.
Will work in the food court of shopping mall and may perform overtime and irregular hours.
