Description

Looking for a self starter - can repair all types of minor items. As termed a "handyman". Approx. 30 hours per week, wage to be determined.

Must have building maintenance experience, strong verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 36kg, push/pull up to 90kg, a valid driver's license, criminal record check.

Ensure the health, and safety of residents. Ability to work independently, ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature.

Duties include but are not limited to maintaining the common areas of the condo complex. General common area and building maintenance, stripping/waxing floors, vacuuming, light dusting, maintaining appointments for the freight elevator, meeting vendors onsite, and other building manager responsibilities.
