The successful individual for this role will be a team player that buys into this mindset and embody SGIs vision, missions, and values.

We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as, full-time Collaboration Administrators. This position will primarily be located at our Regina Head Office location however, hybrid and remote work opportunities will be considered for candidates located in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

As a Collaboration Administrator, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting SGIs Microsoft 365 environment and SGI's collaboration platforms. The Collaboration Administrator is also responsible for engaging with corporate stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and identifying solutions that will support a streamlined and robust collaboration platform for all end users while ensuring compliance with IT standards and best practices.

Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity  after all, we're counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree in an Information Technology or Mathematics & Applied Science field of study. Candidates should have at least 3-years of relevant experience working with Microsoft 365 services, PowerShell Scripting and Azure Active Directory. Knowledge of VoIP services, VoIP infrastructure and ACD queues would be considered an asset. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
