Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Building Materials Clerk at our Home Centre location in Nipawin, SK.

Responsibilities for this position include the following:
-Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vison, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
-Perform administrative and follow up duties such as maintaining customer accounts, ensuring quotes, invoices, and payments are processes and completed accurately to customer satisfaction
-Provide outstanding guest service at the building materials desk and on the telephone
-Assist guests with item selection and make recommendations
-Estimate and provide quotations for building projects
-Perform receiving of merchandise, stocking shelves, operating point of sale systems, pricing, displaying, selling, conducting inventory counts and inventory control procedures all while
-completing required paperwork based on department standards
-Follow company policies and procedures related to complaints and warranty
-Practice and maintain safe procedure for the handling and stocking of merchandise
-Perform other duties as assigned

You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products:
-You have a grade 12 and 3 years experience in building materials sales; customer service experience especially in the CRS considered an asset
-You have experience and knowledge in building materials industry; estimating and construction experience, trends and codes
-Youre well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
-Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
-Youre attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
-You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
-You have a flexible work schedule
