Description

Job Duties

-Perform account payable and receivable functions such as processing payments, invoicing, deposits, etc..
-Establish detailed records of transactions via posting and verifying
-Reconcile data entries/records to balance subsidiary accounts
-Establish and maintain a balanced general ledger
-Prepare tax return and liaise with external accountant to ensure accuracy and completeness  
-Calculate payroll timely and submit related deduction/taxes
-Monitor for deviation/variances from the projected budget

Qualifications

College Diploma or above in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
2 to 3 years of related experience preferred
