This position requires an organized and mature individual who possess the ability to manage their time well and can prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency. Knowledge of computers and phone skills are an asset. Customer service skills necessary.
The position entails the following duties:
Answering phone calls
Greeting and assisting walk in customers
Booking appointments/schedule management
Product knowledge (with our training program) to ensure customers are well informed of the products and all the services we offer
Provide customers with quoted prices on products and services
Taking payments/processing payments on accounts
Submitting invoices for customers to insurance providers
Organizing and sending out monthly invoices
End of day tasks including batch closure of payment machine, print out of daily reports, confirming next day appointments, confirming incoming stock orders for the next day
Obtaining vehicle information and ensuring the proper forms are completed/signed.
