* Provide administrative support, as required, by the Centre Manager and department managers including document processing, records management, photocopying, and handling of confidential material.
* Answering all incoming calls for Administration & Customer Service.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
* Provide excellent service to customers who enter the administrative office.
* Manage incoming mail, date stamping and distribution.
* Manage incoming & outgoing courier services.
* Gift Card sales, inventory and reporting.
* Collection of insurances for Tenants & Contractors.
* Preparing bank deposits & entry into Yardi.
* Coding accounts payables, getting department approvals & entry into Yardi.
* Other duties as assigned.
