Job Duties

-Oversee staff performance to ensure quality of services and products
-Motivate and help sale staff to achieve sales target
-Evaluate supply and availability of products to avoid shortage at all time
-Ensure accurate and competitive pricing
-Monitor general display of products in the cooler/freezer to keep an optimal presentation of the store
-Ensure healthy and safety procedures and policies are met
-Handle consumers requests and complaints

Qualifications

Completion of High School or above
2 to 3 years of related experience is an asset
