We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Parts Coordinator to join our team at our Annaheim location. Our shifts rotate bi-weekly from days (6 a.m. 2:30 p.m.) to afternoons (2:30 p.m. 1 a.m.) and we accommodate shift preferences where possible.
WHAT YOULL DO
Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, the purpose of the Parts Coordinator is to ensure with 100% accuracy, the correct parts, components, quantities and any adjustments are gathered and recorded on the appropriate inventory tracking forms through all the applicable inventory and production processes.
Key accountabilities include:
To accurately and efficiently gather components and document all inventory movements
Respect and achieve deadlines
Critical eyes with strong attention to detail
Maintain equipment
Maintain a clean work area
Follow established procedures (safe operating procedures; quality procedures; work instructions)
Share your ideas to contribute to process improvements
