Description

Are you organized and accurate with a strong drive for exceptional customer service?  Do you have an agriculture background with some machinery knowledge?  We have an immediate opening for a Service Writer at our Radville location. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train.

Responsibilities
Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department
Assists Service Manager with work orders and maintains control until they are closed and invoiced
Adds segments and job codes to work orders as needed
Maintains Service Department filing and records
Works closely with technicians answering questions on work orders, scheduling and status of jobs
Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years working in a service department
Basic knowledge of accounting practices
Computer savvy able to use standard desktop applications
Knowledge of office procedures, work orders and job codes a strong asset
General understanding of mechanical/technical terms in an ag dealership is preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
