Sales Representative, Python Manufacturing and SuperiorRoads
Job Descripthion:
Python Manufacturing and SuperiorRoadas is a growing and diverse Saskatchewan-based manufacturing company providing innovative road maintenance equipment to markets around the world. As our new sales representative, you will initiate and build relationships with North American customers (Road repair service company, Road repair operator, public road repair manager, Public Workers, etc.), dealers and distributors. You will actively pursue business growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Motivated, highly professional, and confident individual with a passion for sales is what we're looking for, who love getting out and building relationships, and isn't afraid to get in the cab to operate our road equipment or tweak the systems when needed.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good understanding of heavy industrial equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to engage equally well with high level officials, contractors, and road workers
- Able to do presentation
- Willingness to travel to address concerns and provide solutions for the cistomers
- Time management and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to generate sales via existing and targeted accounts and grow market share
- Willingness to do weekly call reports and planners
- Able to analyze sales reports and incorporate into planning and directives.

Additional Qualifications Desired:
- Min. 3 yrs in outside sales role, preferably selling construction equipment
- Min. 3 yrs in roads repair operator or manager role
- Participate in industry or promotional events (i.e., trade shows) to create customer
relations
