Full Cycle Bookkeeper

Responsibilities Include:
All Bookkeeping aspects related to daily Hotel operations
Processing revenue, daily cash outs and tips
Emptying out VLTs, reconciling revenue and troubleshooting
Preparing Floats and Balancing Cash on Hand
Manage Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliations
Payroll Processing and Administration for 30 plus employees
Financial Statements / Internal Reporting
Inventory Tracking
Annual Budgets with input from Department Heads
Adhere to established OHS procedures and policies while on-site.
Other duties as required as assigned by the GM
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of accounting / bookkeeping experience
Relevant education is an asset.
Proficient in MS Office with strong knowledge of Excel
SAGE 50 Premium Accounting Software experience
