Description

SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team.The Engineer, Management Systems provides engineering services in the areas of management systems (UMS) and asset information to ensure information is available, current, and implemented correctly. This includes the provision of technical services for engineering activities, ensuring sound application of engineering and industry practices, technological advancements, and identification and recommendation of effective business solutions to support departmental and corporate objectives.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
-Degree in Engineering (all disciplines).
-Professional Engineer Designation registered to practice in Saskatchewan
-Five (5) years of progressive experience. Ability to work on a team while building and maintaining effective relationships.
-Must have a continuing record of professional development and continuous learning.

An Engineer-in-training may also be considered as a path to advance to a Professional Engineer.

A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.

Additional Information
-Valid Class 5 drivers license is required.
-Travel including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.
-The job is safety sensitive, and as such, is subject to the provisions of the Drug and Alcohol Policy (Pre-Employment or Pre-Placement for Safety Sensitive Positions).
