High School & College Dining


    Cashier Duties: Greeting Students & Clients Ring customers through till system. Accept cash and other forms of payment. Balancing of till.
    
    Kitchen Helping Skills: Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Handle and store cleaning products, Sweep and mop floors.
    
    Front of House Skills: Clear and clean tables, and chairs, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Ensure all food & beverage lines are clean at all times.
    
    Dish washing Skills: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware, Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, Scour pots and pans, Clean and sanitize items such as carts and waste disposal units.
