Do you get great joy and fulfillment from helping others? Then our Member Advisor role is for you!

Our team is looking for Member Advisors to deliver support and advice to our members. Our Member Advisors play a huge part in ensuring a remarkable experience for our members every day, supporting both their daily needs, and their long-term financial goals.

What youll do:
As a Member Advisor, you will complete a variety of service and sale transactions while providing outstanding member service. You will provide financial advice that looks out for the members best interest, and spot member needs and offer products, services, referrals and tools that help them reach their goals. Youll work to solve problems members encounter when using online banking or Affinity Mobile, and offer technological solutions through our robust digital banking tools.

What youll get:
Affinity is proud of our remarkable employee experience; working in a vibrant learning organization where employees thrive, do what they love, and can be their whole selves at work! On top of the contractual connection (your pay and benefits), we offer rewards and experiences that also speak to your experiential and emotional connection to work and to the communities we serve. You will also have the opportunity to learn from our other experts, while enhancing and developing your skills for future career opportunities.

What youve got:
